Christina Vitale, DVM
Diplomate ACVIM (Neurology)
Christina graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia College of Veterinary Medicine in 2005.  She completed a rotating internship at North Carolina State University followed by her return to the University of Missouri to complete her residency in neurology and neurosurgery.  Christina became a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine, subspecialty Neurology, in July 2009 and joined the staff of VSA in August 2009.  Her main focus of research during her residency was acute spinal cord injury, but she also has a special interest in intracranial and spinal cord neoplasia. 

Carrie Jurney, DVM
Diplomate ACVIM (Neurology)
Carrie graduated from the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine in 2005.  She then completed a private practice internship in Seattle and a neurology and neurosurgery residency at the University of Pennsylvania. Carrie became a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine, subspecialty Neurology, in July 2009 and joined the staff of VSA in August 2009.  Carrie has interest in surgical neuro-oncology as well as inflammatory brain disease.
